My work is fueled by a relentless quest to understand the 'how' behind transformation. Currently, in my fourth year of a Ph.D. program in Transformative Studies, I specialize in the neurological mechanisms that make Hypno Integration Therapy so effective. This model I've developed is a unique integration of established methods supported by neuroscience. With advanced education in Clinical Trauma Treatment, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal theory, I offer a multi-faceted approach to reconnection and restoration that is both results-driven and rooted in the latest scientific understanding. Here's a rundown of my qualifications and education: Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt): I have completed over 750 hours of both instructional and face-to-face training, passed rigorous exams and practicum to qualify to enter into an additional year of focused speciality study and continuing education to earn my Certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the School of Rapid Transformational Therapy. Certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT): I am certified through the School of Rapid Transformational Therapy Certified Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI-C): I am certified through the Arizona Trauma Institute (ATI). • Who should not undergo hypnotherapy and multichannel eye movement integration?
While hypnotherapy and MEMI are generally considered safe and non-invasive, they may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with certain psychiatric conditions, such as psychosis or severe personality disorders, should consult with a licensed healthcare provider before undergoing these alternative therapies. Additionally, those with epilepsy, certain types of heart conditions, or who are pregnant should exercise caution and seek medical advice. It's essential to provide a complete medical and psychological history during your initial consultation to determine if these therapies are appropriate for you.
  • Is virtual hypnosis and MEMI as effective as seeing the hypnotherapist in person?
Yes, virtual hypnosis, often referred to as "Zoomnosis," and MEMI, have been shown to be just as effective as in-person sessions. The virtual format allows for the same level of focus, engagement, and therapeutic intervention as you would experience in a face-to-face setting. • What is Clinical Hypnotherapy and how does it differ from traditional hypnosis?
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes guided relaxation and focused attention to achieve an altered state of consciousness. Unlike traditional hypnosis, which is often used for entertainment, Clinical Hypnotherapy is used to explore the subconscious mind and facilitate neural restructuring for therapeutic purposes.
  • How does Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) work and what issues can it address?
Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) is a neuroscience-based therapeutic technique designed to address a range of triggering issues. The therapy is rooted in the understanding that specific patterns of eye movements can facilitate neurological processing and emotional regulation. MEMI mimics the natural processes of REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, a crucial phase for memory consolidation and emotional well-being. By guiding clients through these eye movements while they are awake, MEMI aims to reframe and desensitize traumatic memories leading to a reorganization of neural networks and symptom relief. MEMI has been effective in treating a variety of conditions that may be resistant to traditional therapies. These include symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, phobias, addictive cravings, and compulsive behaviors. The therapy offers durable relief by addressing not just the symptoms but also the underlying emotional and cognitive processes contributing to these conditions.
